The Meetings Show will book your travel between the departure port you have selected and London.
Please note The Meetings Show will book the best travel arrangements to suit the show times and allow you to have the maximum benefit of attending The Meetings Show as a hosted buyer.
The Meetings Show will book your preferred travel where possible.
For travel and accommodation, should you opt for alternative arrangements from our proposed itinerary, any additional charge will be covered by the hosted buyer. Any additional night's stay will have to be arranged and covered by the hosted buyer, as listed in our Terms and Conditions. Please note that should the fare quoted be higher than the fare based on your regular rotation, the hosted buyer will have to cover the difference in fare as per our Terms and Conditions.
Travel change requests will be considered on a case by case basis. The Meetings Show reserves the right to make charges for travel changes, but we will always inform you before we do so.
All cancellations must be notified in writing and must be acknowledged by the hosted buyer team at Centaur Travel Group to be effective. If the cancellation is notified after 5 May 2017, a cancellation fee of £350.00 will be charged; this will include the full cost of the trip, including accommodation and an administration fee.
